We want you to be completely satisfied with your vinyl organization setup. If your storage solutions aren't a perfect fit for your collection, you can return or exchange eligible items within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Contact our support team with your order number and the reason for your return to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

  Pack with Care

  Securely pack the items in their original packaging to prevent damage to the shelving or sleeves during transit; fragile components must be properly padded.

• 3.
  Ship the Package

  Affix the provided shipping label to your box and drop it off at any authorized carrier location, ensuring you keep a copy of the tracking receipt.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse inspects the returned items for quality assurance, we will issue a full refund to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
